Along the Willingdon Beach Trail, the Forestry Museum Society built the Second Beach Trestle to replace an unsafe culvert that crossed Wisk Creek, near Second Beach. The trestle bridge is reminiscent of the original railway bridge that crossed the trail

The exhibit begins with a description of the  planning phase.  Then you may view photos of the culvert crossing as it was. Then we show the implementation phase during September and October 2003 and the opening ceremonies Oct 19.  Finally, we have many people to thank making this project happen.
