Although it appears to be one, the Willingdon Beach Trail is not legally a park. The Municipality owns the first several hundred meters past the campsite. But the bulk of the Trail runs through Lot 450, the land owned by Catalyst and the timber owned by Western Forest Products.

The Powell River Forestry Museum Society is actively working with community partners to add the Historic Willingdon Beach Trail and surrounding forest to the park system of Powell River.

See the Millennium Park website here.
